I'm Diane Freeman, the proud owner and manager of Heal Better Cryotherapy. My journey into the world of wellness and cryotherapy began as a deeply personal one. With a background in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, I started my career in the corporate world. However, after struggling with chronic health issues that were difficult to diagnose and treat, I decided to take a different path. Frustrated with the lack of answers, I turned to nutrition and holistic wellness, eventually earning a certification in Holistic Wellness Coaching from the International Association of Wellness Professionals.
Cryotherapy became a significant part of my wellness journey when I discovered its incredible benefits for relieving my unexplained joint pain and fatigue. Inspired by my own experiences, I decided to bring this powerful therapy to my community, helping others find relief and improve their overall well-being.
