Track Town Pizza

After years of working together at Track Town Pizza as General Managers, Tim Hill and Tim Meyers, along with their wives, Mandee Hill and Lexie Meyers, purchased the iconic Eugene pizza institution in February 2020, turning a shared dream into reality. Expansion was always part of that vision, and it became more tangible when the owners were approached in 2023 about joining the Joyce A. Langeliers Family Center, a thoughtfully planned East Springfield Plaza overseen by the Thurston Life Foundation, designed to bring new energy, amenities, and gathering spaces to the community.

Dreaming up and planning their space within the project opened the door for the first expansion of Track Town Pizza under the two couples’ ownership. The four of them rolled up their sleeves and had a great time bringing the vision to life: balancing hard work, creativity, and navigating plenty of challenges, while still enjoying the process together. When opening day landed on February 9th, National Pizza Day, it felt almost unreal; one of those moments that made the timing feel perfect and a reminder that they must be doing something right. The Springfield location is now open at 5809 A St., Suite 201, Springfield, OR, and with several of the owners having grown up in the Thurston area, bringing Track Town Pizza home to East Springfield feels especially meaningful.

While the new Springfield location could never replicate the one-of-a-kind charm and history of the original Franklin Blvd store, it proudly offers an experience all its own. The space features a mini Jumbotron inspired by Matthew Knight Arena, TVs throughout for sports watching, and countless unique design touches including a few hidden Easter eggs that pay tribute to the original location for longtime fans to discover. In the coming weeks, the walls will feature a curated splash of local legends and fresh photo memorabilia, continuing the storytelling that has always been part of Track Town Pizza. No matter the location, the pizza remains the same. Crafted with care using the original 1978 dough recipe and a proprietary sauce blend, prepared fresh daily with high-quality ingredients only, no shortcuts or substitutions, alongside the fan-favorite ranch made in-house from its own closely held seasoning blend and taken just as seriously as the pizza.

Now fully operational, the Springfield location is open Sunday through Thursday from 11am to 11pm and Friday through Saturday from 11am to midnight, offering dine-in, takeout, and delivery which including expanded service reaching toward the Walterville, Cedar Flats, and Camp Creek areas. Guests can also enjoy a weekday lunch buffet from 11am–2pm, student specials, and rotating monthly deals shared on Track Town Pizza’s social media channels. Track Town Pizza is proud to be part of the Joyce A. Langeliers Family Center.
