Diane Freeman is the owner of Heal Better Cryotherapy in Eugene, Oregon, and a passionate advocate for natural, non-pharmaceutical wellness. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. After years working in accounting, Diane’s life took a major turn when she developed chronic health issues that doctors struggled to diagnose. Searching for answers, she turned to holistic wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle changes—and eventually discovered cryotherapy. The results were life-changing: cryotherapy completely eliminated her joint pain and significantly improved her energy and overall well-being.
Inspired by her personal transformation, Diane earned her certification in Holistic Wellness Coaching from the International Association of Wellness Professionals and later opened Heal Better Cryotherapy to help others experience the same relief.
Diane and her partner David—an EMT-trained martial artist and instructor—recently celebrated their 14th wedding anniversary. Though they first met in high school, they didn’t reconnect and start dating until their mid-twenties. They now share a lively home with their two daughters: 12-year-old Autumn, a gifted artist, and 7-year-old Breanna, an enthusiastic ballet dancer. Rounding out the family is their beloved dog, Jack.
